With the aim of making my 4 week home to Scotland something other than a very hectic family 'visit' (ie visit definitely does not equate to a holiday in my books) and to ensure that I made the most of being, as the Aussie's say 'overseas' and 'in Europe', me and 5 of my good Uni mates jetted off to Italy for a cheeky week of sun, relaxation and mountains of pizza....to the beautiful Lake Como to be precise.
It was easy to see why Lake Como is the home of movie stars and the rich and famous...the town of Como oozes with personality and charm. History seeps out of the walls and lane ways and the views over the emerald lake are simply breathtaking...
There was however no sign of George but we did pretend to be movie stars ourselves by hiring a speed boat, tearing up the lake with a bottle of prosecco in hand - we looked the part - players...and the results were as follows:

ButtercupInk
My friend Vari asked if I could take some portrait shots of her in and around Melbourne with the aim of conveying the colourful nature of her online business 'ButtercupInk.com' – a branding and graphics design company for online and small businesses which has built up a substantial amount of overseas clients in the past year.
The result was certainly colourful (buttercup yellow was obviously a key colour) and Vari was a true natural on lens. The results of the shoot can be seen here and live on Buttercupink.com.
